Next, visit a welcoming local home for a hands-on session where you’ll prepare a delicious Japanese meal: a salad with crispy sardines and tofu, handmade gyoza, ramen topped with tender chashu and a soft-boiled egg, and a matcha dessert. Pre-prepared chashu ensures you can focus on mastering other dishes. Pescatarian and vegetarian options are available. Please inform us at least three days in advance.
