This is a climbing experience of Takachiho Peak, a representative mountain of “Kirishima Kinko Bay National Park.
English or Chinese-speaking guides will introduce you to unusual photo spots and show you the charm of the mountain.
You can see the active volcanoes “Sakurajima” and “Shinmoedake,” as well as “Tengakuhoko,” which appears in mythology and Japanese animation “Jutsu Kaisen.
The trailhead is 970 meters above sea level, and the summit is 1574 meters above sea level, a distance of 2.2 kilometers.
It is also recognized as “GEOPARKS JAPAN.
Japanese-style onigiri (rice ball) lunch boxes will be provided.
1.Your guide will pick you up at the meeting point for a meeting.
2.The guide will drive you to the trailhead “Takachiho Kawara”.
3.Upon arrival at Takachiho-gawara, you will get ready and start climbing the mountain.
4.Climb Takachiho Peak. (2h to 2h30m)
5.We will have lunch and rest at the summit. (40m-50m)
6.Descend the mountain (1h~1h30m) (1h~1h30m)
7.Clean up at “Takachiho Kawahara” at the trailhead and leave by car.
8.We will drive you back to the place where you can easily go on your next trip, which will take about 60 minutes.View Location
