1. Booking the Transfer
The customer books a transfer via a website, app, WhatsApp, email, or phone call.
They provide key details such as:
Pickup and drop-off locations (airport, hotel, city, etc.)
Date and time of transfer
Number of passengers and luggage
Special requests (child seat, VIP vehicle, extra stops, etc.)
The booking is confirmed via email, WhatsApp, or SMS, with details such as pickup time, driver contact information, and vehicle type.
2. Pre-Trip Arrangements
The transfer company assigns a driver and vehicle based on the booking details.
The driver receives the passenger details and monitors flight status (if it's an airport pickup) to adjust for delays or early arrivals.
The customer may receive a reminder or reconfirmation before the transfer.
3. Pickup Process
Airport Transfers:
The driver arrives at the airport before the scheduled landing time.
Istanbul (IST) Airport , our assistant will be waiting outside of Exit Gate 14 , holding a sign with "M55" written on board.
Sabiha Gokcen (SAW) Airport, proceed to the exit and turn right. You will see numbered columns, and behind Column 13, you will find a sign with "G55" displayed. Please do not hesitate to contact us via whatsapp for any question.
Hotel or City Pickups:
The driver arrives at the designated hotel or address on time. you relax and wait at the lobby for the driver to find you.
The customer is notified via phone or WhatsApp upon arrival.
The driver helps load luggage before departure.
4. Comfortable Journey
The transfer is conducted in a private, air-conditioned vehicle.
The driver ensures a smooth and safe ride, following the best routes to the destination.
5. Drop-Off & Completion
The driver arrives at the final destination (hotel, airport, or city) as scheduled.
Luggage is unloaded, and the passenger is assisted as needed.
The customer may be asked to confirm the service was completed satisfactorily.
If it’s an airport drop-off, the driver ensures the customer reaches the correct terminal.
6. Feedback & Follow-Up
The customer may receive a follow-up message requesting feedback.
If payment was not prepaid, the final amount is settled with the driver as cash.
The transfer company logs the service as completed and prepares for future bookings.

- İf you need a transfer from hotel to any airport please wait at the lobby and relax , our driver will go to lobby to find you. if your transfer from airport to your hotel, our assistant will wait for you at the exit with a board, please read the inscription for meeting points.
