Once confirmed, they receive a message with my name, a photo, and my vehicle’s details (such as license plate) preferably on WhatsApp, making it easy for them to communicate with me and identify me at the pickup point. I will also specify whether I will take the most direct route to save time, or a scenic route designed for a more enjoyable journey, depending on their preference or the service option chosen. On the day of travel, clients receive updates, including my estimated arrival time and any changes along the way, ensuring a smooth, transparent experience. This approach not only builds trust and clarity but also ensures that clients know exactly what to expect from start to finish.

Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Suplier may cancel the activity on account of bad weather conditions.
Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in America/Lower_Princes time to receive 100% refund.
