Customers must make their own way to and meet at the start point- Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.

No redemption point. This is a direct entry ticket• Minimum numbers apply (min 2 per tour for confirmed departure, min 4 on NZ public holidays). There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund • Pickup from central Queenstown accommodations is included. Surround suburbs (Kelvin Heights, Frankton, Arthur's Point, Fernhill and others) by arrangement. Please contact to reconfirm pick up arrangement and time. Please also be aware, pick up may be in the form of a shuttle bus. • A valid credit card will need to be provided at the time of activity that can be charged in the unlikely event of damage to Quad bikes.Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Suplier may cancel the activity on account of bad weather conditions.
- Suplier may cancel the activity due to too few participants.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Pacific/Auckland time to receive 100% refund.
