Then we get into the water for the rest of your lesson. Our instructors will help you get up and riding your first wave in no time! Learn to surf with other beginners. In the two-hour surf lesson we teach the essence of surfing. The two main techniques that all surfers need to know: how to paddle and catch waves and how to stand on the board. This is the beginning of surfing and a lifestyle!
What to expect from one of our surf lessons:
- Security Summary
- Warm Up
- Instruction on the beach on how to paddle and put standing on the board (stand-up)
- Practice in the water according to the instructions given on the beach
- Comments on the water with the instructor

- Surfboards - suitable for your experience, weight and height
