- If your hotel is not shown here just let us know your requested pick-up location and we will confirm back with you. * Cruise Ship passengers - groups of 6+ or more can be picked up directly from ship at Napier Port. Smaller groups must be picked up in town - please mention this in your booking and we will advise your pick-up location.

This is a direct entry ticket • Cancellations will be accepted up to 7 days prior to the tour without generating a cancellation fee. • Any cancellation received within 7 days of the tour willl generate a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the tour cost. • Any cancellation received on day of tour will generate a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the tour costCancellation & Refunds
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
