No redemption point. This is a direct entry ticket• Minimum age is 21 years old. Valid photo ID is required • MUST arrive 30 minutes prior to the departure time to check-in • All travelers will be required to sign a Liability Waiver before the start of the tour • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • A MINIMUM of 4 people required to register to conduct a tour. Registration is closed 8 hours prior to tour time. You will be contacted immediately if your tour reaches its minimum before registration closes. If you are signed up for a tour that does not reach the minimum by this time, you will be rebooked on another tour or receive a full refund. Apologies in advance if this ever happens! • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

- Suplier may cancel the activity due to too few participants.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in America/Chicago time to receive 100% refund.
