Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations; or, customers can make their own way to the start point- Travelers can choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- We also pickup at houses and B&B's in Hilo only. This tour does not pickup in Kona/Waikoloa/Kamuela. If driving over from the west side of the island we meet at Safeway/Target in Hilo, 381 E Makaala St, Hilo, HI 96720. - We no longer pick up at the HIlo Airport (ITO). You must take a cab/Uber to Hilo Target/Safeway, we will pick you up there. We can drop off directly at the Hilo Airport but we do not have the permit to pick up and we don't do enough business to change. The paperwork is super awful.
