Explore the Pacaya-Samiria National Reserve with an expert guide on a camping tour. Pacaya-Samiria spreads over 2,080,000 ha (8,000 sq mi). It is the largest floodable area in the whole Amazon jungle. The easiest species seen on tours are: river dolphin, sloth, red howler monkey, woolly monkey, giant river otter, charapa giant river turtle, giant armadillo, anaconda, alligator, reptiles, frogs and more than 500 species of birds as herons, parrots and owls. - Tour starts at 7:30 AM. You must arrive in Iquitos a day before the starting date. On the last day we are back in Iquitos around 5 PM, hence your flight-out must departure after 7 PM or a day after.
