Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations; or, customers can make their own way to the start point- Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- Pick-up and drop-off available from JR Mitake station. Pre-booking is mandatory.
- Travelers will be picked up 20 minutes before departure time

- Okutama is located within the western part of Tokyo prefecture outside of the hustle and bustle of central Tokyo, is surrounded by lush nature and can be accessed by car or using local train departing from Tokyo or Shinjuku stations

Canyons reserves the right to cancel any tour where the minimum number of participants is not reached. • Minimum age is 13 years (6 years for private tours) • Please make sure to be on time. In the event of arriving late or do not show up for your tour, you will not be entitled to a refund. • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Pregnant women cannot participate on this tour • Consumption of alcohol before the tour is strictly prohibited. Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are under the influence of alcohol, are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • This tour usually operates regardless of weather conditions.
