Pickup details
Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations; or, customers can make their own way to the start point- Travelers can choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- Get picked up from your hotel in Ao Nang, Krabi Town and Ao Nam Mao. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by email after you have made the booking. If you stay in Klong Muang or Tubkaek Beach, there is an extra fee of 500 THB per car (max 10 people) for the round-trip transfer which has to be paid on the day of the trip. If you stay at Railay Beach, we offer a pickup service from the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier which is just a 15-minute longtail boat ride from Railay East. If you stay in Ton Sai, please come to the meeting point at Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang. If you stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas, please take the hotel shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. Pickup times for each zone: • Ao Nam Mao: 08:30 - 08:45 • Ao Nang: 08:30 - 08:45 • Klong Muang Beach: 08:30 - 08:45 • Krabi Town: 08:30 - 08:45 • Tubkaek Beach: 08:30 - 08:45

Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
