About Parkeren Kazemattenmuseum
The Kazemattenmuseum is a war museum in Kornwerderzand in the Dutch province of Friesland. It consists of a visitor center, a number of casemates (command casemate, kitchen/anti-aircraft depot casemate, machine-gun casemate, cannon casemate and searchlight casemate) and a guardroom. Three monuments have been erected in commemoration: for the fallen in the Wonsstelling, for those on board the gunboat and for Captain Christiaan Boers and Deputy Commander Lieutenant Ham.Address : Afsluitdijk 1, 8752 Kornwerderzand, Netherlands
