De Hamert is an estate and nature reserve in the municipality of Bergen in the Dutch province of Limburg. The more than 1000 ha estate with forest, heath and water is owned by the foundation Het Limburgs Landschap. De Hamert is part of De Maasduinen National Park. The area is crisscrossed with walking routes and popular with bird watchers.

Kasteel ArcenArcen Castle is a double moated stately country house in the Dutch Limburg village of Arcen, which has been in the municipality of Venlo since 1 January 2010. To prevent the surrounding agricultural land from drying out, a lock has been constructed in the canal between the Reindersmeer and Leukermeer. At least 22,500 ships carrying sand and gravel have sailed through the canal.
