About Maasheggen
The Maasheggen are a landscape and a chain of nature reserves on the Meuse between the Noord-Brabant town of Vierlingsbeek and Batenburg in Gelderland. There is no area in Europe where nature, landscape, economy and culture are so visibly intertwined with such an impressive history. Aqua Mundo Het HeijderbosThe Heijderbos is a bungalow park in Heijen in Dutch Limburg . The park is operated by Center Parcs. The park is the first Center Parcs park to have a wild water course in the subtropical swimming paradise. The bungalow park was renovated in 1987. For example, the park center was covered. This park has the fastest whitewater course in all of Center Parcs. The Jungle Dome of the Heijderbos has a partnership with the World Wildlife Fund.
ZooParc OverloonZooParc Overloon is a zoo located in the North Brabant village of Overloon .The animal enclosures are furnished in a way that mimics nature. Overloon War MuseumThe Overloon War Museum is located in Overloon, Netherlands. The museum is set in 14 hectares of woodland. To prevent the surrounding agricultural land from drying out, a lock has been constructed in the canal between the Reindersmeer and Leukermeer. At least 22,500 ships carrying sand and gravel have sailed through the canal.
