To reach the park, take Colorado Highway 67 south from Denver for about an hour. The park entrance will be on your left.

The park is open year-round, and hours vary depending on the season. In the spring and summer, the park is open from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM. In the fall, the park is open from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM. In the winter, the park is open from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
