Ko Phi Phi LeePhi Phi Leh is an uninhabited island that lies 1.5km off the southernmost tip of Phi Phi Don. Perched on a hill overlooking Krabi downtown, the temple dates back to 1887, when 200 families settled at Baan Pak Nam, which was the name of city at that time, and a community of monks sprang up and prospered.
Ko Mai PhaiBamboo Island is a true tropical paradise. Known by locals as Koh Mai Phai, the stunning tiny island is just a short strip of white sand beach which rises from the sea, about 600 meters wide and 700 m long, with a shape like a heart. Khao Phanom Bencha National ParkKhao Phanom Bencha National Park is a small national park with hiking trails through forestland adorned with a couple of montane waterfalls, meandering trails and a couple of caves. A decent level of fitness is certainly recommended but fret not, a pretty awesome restaurant, a comfortable visitor center and a smallish camping ground makes for a kindly day out.
