About Vega Ancestral House
It is the oldest and the most famous ancestral house in this area. It was built around 200 years ago and made primarily of one of the Philippines' strongest molave tree. The design of the house is common of the 18th and 19th-century houses but one thing that makes this unique and notable are the sculpted wooden men on the four outside corners of the house which looks like carrying the second floor.Address : Balingasag, Misamis Oriental, Philippines

The mountain is regarded by the Talaandig tribe of Lantapan as a sacred place. It is also within the ancestral domain of the tribe.
