Achanakmar Wildlife Sanctuary
The Achanakmar-Amarkantak Biosphere Reserve is a biosphere reserve in India that extends across the states of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, covering a total area of 383,551 hectares. Narsinghgarh Wildlife Sanctuary was established in the year 1974 has an area of 57 sq km. It is famous for Chital, Sambhar, Blue Bull, Leopard, Wild Boar, Bhedki, Crocodile, etc. there is a lake situated in the center of the sanctuary and it was the main water source of this sanctuary. Pachmarhi Biosphere Reserve
The Pachmarhi Biosphere Reserve is a non-use conservation area and biosphere reserve in the Satpura Range of Madhya Pradesh. The conservation area was created in 1999 by the Indian government. It also contains animals from the Himalayan peaks and from the lower western ghats. UNESCO designated it as a biosphere reserve in 2009.
