A majestic and beautiful park which was located in King Street, Cirencester. The Park has been designed to provide a range of facilities for all ages, including an adventure playground, tennis courts, mini-golf, croquet, and boules. Barbecues are also available for hire. A variety of events are held at the park throughout the year such as the Phoenix Festival, Cirencester Big Picnic, and Love Parks Week.

Abbey Park
Abbey Park is Leicester’s premier park and lies approximately one mile north of the city centre. The park has a choice of activities to keep the whole family entertained. The boating lake in the centre of the park offers hire of both rowing and pedalo boats – fun for adults and children alike! On a summer’s day, relax and pedal your way around the beautiful lake in the centre of the park, enjoying the sweeping views of serene parkland all around.

Abbey Park
Abbey Park is an ideal place for a family day out, with plenty to keep people of all ages amused, plus it is free to visit. The setting includes a natural terrace with excellent views over the river Avon from the higher levels. The park has lovely mature trees including a tree carving sculpture and plenty of open grass area. There is a children's play area, a children's water play area and also a skate park.

Alexandra Gardens
Alexandra Gardens is a pretty public garden near the River Thames in Windsor with seating, a bandstand and plenty of grassed areas perfect for picnics. There are lovely big trees and lovely colourful garden displays at various times during the year. The park is fenced on almost all sides so easy to contain small children and let them run and explore at a distance. There is a small fun fair that caters for children and I felt the rides were very reasonably priced.

Alexandra Park is a wonderful park which lies within a valley and as such is long and linear. It starts flat and progressively goes up hill towards the north of the town. It has all the attractions for a great day out, from open spaces to run about, a wonderful café, play areas and great walks, ponds and streams, and a unique collection of rare and unusual trees.

Allerthorpe Lakeland Park

It was designed and built in the 1860s and has matured over the last 140 years into one of the most attractive parks in the region. Avenham Park
A beautiful park which was created in the 1860s, during the Cotton Famine. The parks are connected by paths, alongside the River Ribble and underneath an ornate railway bridge. It was created in a natural wooded amphitheater on the north bank of the River Ribble. There is a Japanese Rock Garden. It is less formal than the nearby Miller park.

Avon Valley Country Park
The National Park Avon Valley is a park with an area of 20 hectares (50 acres) in Keynsham in Somerset in England. The park, which is located next to the Avon River, offers country walks, a boating lake, children's play areas, a small zoo, and a miniature railway. A beautiful historic park in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear. . A reasonably size park with some nice walks and views. Good sized playground for the kids. Park was clean and tidy with the flowers starting to bloom. Little cafe next to car park. A good place to walk dogs.

Beacon Hill, Leicestershire
