Amerton Railway

The Amerton Railway is a 2ft gauge line, set in the rolling Staffordshire countryside, and situated at the very popular Amerton Working Farm. The Railway is home to the 1897 Bagnall-built saddle tank Isabel which became such a part of Stafford life on her plinth outside the main Stafford Station. It is owned by Staffordshire Narrow Gauge Railway Limited, a registered charity, and operated by volunteers.

Apedale Valley Light Railway

The Apedale Valley Light Railway was officially opened in September 2010 by the Moseley Railway Trust. The railway normally operates a diesel service on every Saturday during its opening season, and the second weekend of every month is a Steam weekend.

Churnet Valley Railway (1992) plc

The Churnet Valley Railway is a preserved standard gauge heritage railway to the east of Stoke-on-Trent in Staffordshire, England, that operates along a part of the former North Staffordshire Railway's Churnet Valley Line. Regular services travel between the two main stations at Cheddleton and Kingsley and Froghall . There is an intermediate station at Consall. Some trains also head beyond Cheddleton to Leek Brook Junction and on to Ipstones, but Ipstones station is not in use.

Claymills Victorian Pumping Station

Claymills Pumping Station, a former steam-powered, sewage pumping station, built between 1884 and 1886 to designs by James Mansergh. There are four huge pumping beam engines, two of which currently work, a large steam driven workshop where you can see engineers and a blacksmith in action. It was one of the iconic attraction in this area which paves light to the history.

Foxfield Light Railway Society

The Foxfield Railway is a preserved standard gauge line located south east of Stoke-on-Trent. The line was built in 1893 to serve the colliery at Dilhorne on the Cheadle Coalfield. It joined the North Staffordshire Railway line near Blythe Bridge. It is open at weekends and operates trains on Sundays, Bank Holidays and some Saturdays from April to October and Santa Special trains in December.

Fradley Junction

Fradley Junction is a canal junction between Fradley and Alrewas near Lichfield, Staffordshire, England[1][2] and the point at which the Coventry Canal joins the Trent and Mersey Canal. It opened in 1790, and several of the buildings around it, including The Swan public house, are grade II listed structures.

Galactica is a flying roller coaster located in the Forbidden Valley area of Alton Towers amusement park in Staffordshire, England and is the first flying coaster manufactured by Bolliger & Mabillard. Oblivion is a steel roller coaster located at Alton Towers in Staffordshire, England. The prototype Dive Coaster model from Bolliger & Mabillard opened to the public on 14 March 1998 and was marketed as the "World's first vertical drop roller coaster". With a maximum speed of 68 mph, it is the third fastest roller coaster in the UK, behind Stealth at Thorpe Park and the Big One at Blackpool Pleasure Beach.

Octonauts Rollercoaster Adventure is a family roller coaster located in CBeebies Land at Alton Towers, Staffordshire. It opened on 21 March 2015. It is located next to Spinball Whizzer, in an area which was previously part of Adventure Land. It was one of the stunning attraction here and also it attracts a lot of tourists.

Rita, formerly known as Queen of Speed, is a launched roller coaster located in the Dark Forest section of Alton Towers amusement park in Staffordshire Moorlands, England. Designed by Intamin, the Accelerator Coaster model opened to the public on 1 April 2005. It is named Rita because Alton Towers Intamin Rocket abbreviated is A.T.I.R which spells Rita backwards. This name is also due to the American tradition of giving a drag racing car a female name, as the ride used to be themed to drag racin

Rudyard Lake Steam Railway

The Rudyard Lake Steam Railway is a Victorian style narrow gauge steam railway which gives a beautiful three mile return trip from the free car park at Rudyard Station along the side of Rudyard Lake. Trains are about half the size a normal narrow gauge railway and are steam hauled. It runs at weekends and bank holidays from March to November, with more regular services from Easter to October and daily during school holidays

The Runaway Mine Train is a powered steel roller coaster made by MACK Rides of Germany. The ride is located in the Katanga Canyon area of Alton Towers in Staffordshire, England. The ride runs alongside the Congo River Rapids, with which it shares a tunnel section. Passengers on the two rides occasionally wave to each other if they pass in the shared tunnel.
