Foundation Steam Train Goes-BorseleThe Stoomtrein Goes - Borsele is a heritage railway operating from Goes through Kwadendamme to the village of Hoedekenskerke, in the province of Zeeland, Netherlands.The railway operates a fleet of seventeen locomotives - nine diesel engines, six steam engines, and two relatively unusual 1,500 volt Alstom electric engines. Additionally, three heritage diesel railcars are in service.
SnowWorld TerneuzenSnowWorld Terneuzen is an indoor ski slope in the Dutch city of Terneuzen in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The ski slope used to be called Skidôme, until it was taken over by SnowWorld. SnowWorld Terneuzen has two slopes. The beginner slope is 110 meters long and has a treadmill, the advanced slope is 200 meters long and has two drag lifts. There is 5000 cubic meters of snow in the hall. SnowWorld Terneuzen has one catering facility in the building.
ToorenvliedtToorenvliedt is a country estate in Middelburg , the capital of Zeeland . The current building dates from 1726 . At the time, it was, of course, still outside the city. It was the German headquarters of the Atlantic Wall for Walcheren and the two Bevelanden during the Second World War. The surrounding estate contains bunkers from the Second World War. It features a bunker route, an open-air theater, a labyrinth , and a bird sanctuary. Statues of Peter de Jong have been placed on the fence .
