Ali Sagar Dam
Alisagar is a park, tourist attraction and an irrigation project which is located in Nizamabad. The park was opened by the Nizam of Hyderabad in 1928. The forest spread along with the summer house, well laid out gardens, an island and hilltop guest house make it a favored getaway. Adding to the attraction is the deer park and facilities for trekking and water sports.

Kadem Dam
The Kadam Dam, located in the Adilabad district of Telangana, is an irrigation dam. It was constructed across the Kadam river, a tributary of the Godavari river. The dam's primary purpose is to provide irrigation water for the districts of Adilabad, Nizamabad, and Karimnagar. The dam is located in a hilly region and is surrounded by dense forests. The Kadam Dam has been in operation since 1958.

Kinnerasani Project
The Kinnerasani Dam was constructed in 1966 on the Kinnerasani River, one of the important tributaries of Godavari River. The dam provides water to Kothagudem Thermal Power Station at Palvoncha for power generation. It also provides irrigation facilities to the nearby farmers through lift Irrigation. It is situated in a beautiful location surrounded by greenery and natural landscape. A Glass House constructed by Singareni Collieries at Kinnerasani has improved the spot as a tourism place.

Koilsagar Project and Reservoir
The Koilsagar Dam is a medium sized irrigation project which was constructed at a cost of Rs 80 crores during the glorious period of the Nizams during 1945-48. The British rulers had proposed the idea of constructing a dam to collect and store the excess water in region at the catchment area of the River Krishna for irrigation purposes.

Lower Manair Dam
The Lower Manair Dam (LMD) is built across the Manair River, a tributary of Godavari River. The construction of the dam was started in 1974 and was finished in 1985. The gross storage capacity of the reservoir is 24 TMC. The project serves as a balancing reservoir for Kakatiya Canal and regulates flow below Lower Manair Dam for an ayacut of 5,65,452 acres. It is also serves as drinking water source to Karimnagar and Warangal towns.

Nagarjuna Sagar Dam
This is a mansionary dam across the Krishna river at Nagarjuna Sagar which straddles the border between Guntur district and Nalgonda district. Constructed between 1955 and 1967, the dam created a water reservoir with gross storage capacity of 11.472 billion cubic metres. Nagarjuna Sagar was the earliest in a series of large infrastructure projects termed as "modern temples" initiated for achieving the Green revolution inn India.

Osman Sagar Dam
A reservoir in the Indian city of Hyderabad, which was created by damming the Muzi river in 1920 to provide an additional source of drinking water for Hyderabad and to protect the city after the great Muzi flood. It was constructed during the reign of the last NIZAM of Hyderabad state.

Sriram Sagar Project (Pochampad DAM)
The Sriram Sagar Project, also known as the Pochampad Dam, is located on the Godavari River in Telangana, India. The dam was completed in 1963 and provides irrigation and drinking water for the area. The project also generates hydroelectric power and helps to regulate the flow of the Godavari River.
