Iruvanjipuzha, is a major tributary of River Chaliyar and joining to Chaliyar at Koolimadu near Cheruvadi. The villages of Anakkampoyil, Thiruvambady, Mukkam, Kodiyathur, Chennamangallur and Cheruvadi are on the banks of this river.
We trekked half a mile, to have an early morning swim in the famous Iruvanjipuzha. River had unusually strong currents near certain rock settlements, which might not be suitable for kids and some elders.
Chilling weather, clear water and fresh breath of air in the wilderness with the company of awesome group of people is guaranteed to detoxify you, both physically and mentally.Nirmal TomsVisisted on 01 Sep 2017
