Heringsdorf PierA dock located in Heringsdorf, with 508 meters into the Baltic Sea from the island of Usedom. In 1891–1893, a wooden dock built in settlement of Heringsdorf, which was the longest pier in Europe. In 1958, the whole pier was burned down by a fire and rebuilt in 1995. The pier now has a Museum of the Concert Shell, cinema, café, restaurant, fitness center, tourist gift shops and a holiday village.
