Jasmund National ParkThis nature reserve was founded in 1990 on the Jasmund peninsula, located northeast of Rügen island in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Germany. It is known for having the largest chalk cliffs in Germany. The cliffs are heigh up to 161 m above the Sea, with an area of 30 km2. Its beech forest was added to the UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2011.
StreckelsbergThe Streckelsberg is an approximately 58 meters high coastal cliff in the Usedom Island, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. It is located 500 meters southeast of Koserow Baltic Seaside Resor on the Baltic Seashore. The Streckelsberg was formed during the last ice age as a push moraine.
