All Saints Waterfalls
The Lierbach stream cascades as a natural waterfall, down seven steps, a total drop of 83 metres creating All Saints Waterfalls. The waterfalls belonged for centuries to a monastery- All Saints' Abbey, the ruins of which are only a few hundred metres away. Because they lie in a deeply incised and narrow valley, they were inaccessible for a long time.

Heidelberg Castle
The castle ruins are among the most important Renaissance structures north of the Alps. It is located 80 meters (260 ft) up the northern part of the Königstuhl hillside and thereby dominates the view of the Heidelberg oldtown.

Schlossberg
Tree-covered hill of 456 metres (1,496 ft) located in the area of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Fortified structures had been built on the Schlossberg since the 11th century. Remains of some of them are still visible today. The tower located on the hill (Schloßbergturm) offers a unique panoramic view over the whole town and its vicinity.

Todtnau Waterfall
Fed by melted snow and rain, the river Stübenbächle drops down over 97 meter in several stages here. The biggest single jump is about 60 meter high. Visitors can climb up to the top of the falls thereby having two different views of the falls- from its bottom, and the top.

Triberg Waterfalls
One of the highest waterfalls in Germany with a descent of 163 meters. The Gutach river plunges over seven major steps from a gently undulated high plain into a rocky V-shaped valley.
