About Col d'Aspin
The Col d'Aspin is a road mountain pass in the Pyrenees, located at 1,493 m in the French department of Hautes-Pyrénées, in Occitanie. It is taken by the route des cols. It connects the Campan valley and the Aure valley , or Sainte-Marie-de-Campan to Arreau , access can be done from the cross-country ski resort of Payolle. Col du TourmaletCol du Tourmalet is one of the highest paved mountain passes in the French Pyrenees, in the department of Hautes-Pyrénées. Sainte-Marie-de-Campan is at the foot on the eastern side and the ski station La Mongie two-thirds of the way up. The village of Barèges lies on the western side, above the town of Luz-Saint-Sauveur.
