About Luchon Superbagnères Ski Resort
The ski resort Luchon-Superbagnères is located in the Arrondissement of Saint-Gaudens. For skiing and snowboarding, there are 32 km of slopes available. 15 lifts transport the guests. The winter sports area is situated between the elevations of 1,465 and 2,125 m. The resort was opened early in the twentieth century. This cirque is described as a rocky cliff face or wall that forms a curved amphitheater. The cirque is 800 m wide and about 3,000 m wide at the top. The rock walls that surround it are up to 1,500 metres above the floor of the Cirque.
