About Plage des Amandiers

Plage des Amandiers is a golden sand beach of almost 1 kilometer located to the west of Sainte-Rose, in Guadeloupe. It is located between Pointe Madame and Pointe à Latanier. There you will find six sheltered huts for the picnic, a rather calm sea for swimming, and above all a sanitary block with showers to rinse off. In terms of security, the beach is slightly enclosed which limits the size of the waves during strong swells but be careful, there is no monitoring station.
