't Nije Hemelriek

't Nije Hemelriek is a recreational lake near Gasselte in the Gieten-Borger forestry in the Dutch municipality of Aa en Hunz. Just west of the recreational lake is a large sand extraction area with a deep pond. Coarse sand was extracted for construction in the sand extraction area. On the north side of this lake is a large recreational beach.

Amsterdam-Rhine Canal

The Amsterdam–Rhine Canal is a canal in the Netherlands that was built to connect the port and capital city of Amsterdam to the main shipping artery of the Rhine. Its course follows a generally southeasterly direction as it goes through the city of Utrecht towards Wijk bij Duurstede where it intersects the Lek branch of the Rhine and then continues on to the river Waal near Tiel, with a branch, the Lek Canal, to the Lek near Nieuwegein.

The Belterwijde is a lake in the Kop van Overijssel southwest of Wanneperveen in the Dutch province of Overijssel. The lake is separated in an eastern and a western part by the Blauwehandseweg. On the north bank of the eastern part there are many recreational facilities in the form of campsites, bungalow parks and marinas, which are in line with the development of the Westeinde of the regional village of Wanneperveen.

De Dinkel, Twente

The Dinkel is a small river in the border area of the Netherlands and Germany . It starts in North Rhine-Westphalia between Coesfeld and Ahaus . At Losser in Twente it enters the Netherlands , flows along the Lutterzand and leaves the Netherlands again near Ootmarsum, to flow at Neuenhaus into the Vechte which enters the Netherlands at De Haandrik and from there the ' Overijsselse Vecht ' is called.

De Leijen is a lake in the province of Friesland, located between Oostermeer and Opeinde. It was created by peat excavation and is therefore shallow in many places. The lake is largely owned by Staatsbosbeheer . Previously, the Leijen was known as a nature reserve in which, among other things, there were many special bird colonies. On the east side of the lake is a beach with catering facilities and camping.

It is one of the biggest attractions of Toverland and the fourth water attraction.The theming of the attraction revolves entirely around the Dvertebrae. Animatronics of the Dvertebrate are set up at various places along and around the attraction. The attraction's station is located in a large rock formation.

The Drentsche Aa is a river rising in the Dutch province of Drenthe, flowing through Drenthe and for the last part the province of Groningen. It ends in the Schipsloot near Haren, which flows into the Noord-Willemskanaal; however, originally it ended into the Selwerderdiep. The water finally ends in the Lauwersmeer and Waddenzee.

De Fluessen is a lake in the municipalities of Súdwest-Fryslân and De Friese Meren , in the Dutch province of Friesland. It is the second largest lake in Friesland after the Tjeukemeer and is located northeast of De Holken . The lake changes into the Heegermeer in the northeast. There are a few islands in the lake , of which the Langehoekspolle is the largest. A concrete shipping route runs through the middle of the lake, which is part of the Johan Friso Canal.

The Geleenbeek is a stream in the south of the Dutch province of Limburg that is part of the Meuse river basin. The partly canalized stream originates in Benzenrade and flows into the Maas at Stevensweert under the name Oude Maas. The stream valley with numerous side streams has been designated a Natura 2000 area and is largely located in the National Landscape of South Limburg.

The Geul is a river in Belgium and in the Netherlands, where it is a right-bank tributary to the river Meuse. Located in a beautiful nature and is a iconic location for a day out and there are so many leisure opportunities too.
