The Grand Cul-de-sac Marin is a bay in Guadeloupe, located between the north coast of Basse-Terre and the west coast of Grande-Terre. It is closed off by coral reefs. Its area reaches about 15,000 hectares. In terms of security, the beach is slightly enclosed which limits the size of the waves during strong swells but be careful, there is no monitoring station.
